Presentation: The Data Center that Runs Your Car

Speaker: David S. Merritt – Vice President, Applied Cognitive Solutions

Abstract:

Have you ever wondered what your car knows about you? With all the new technology in cars, almost every aspect of the car and your driving is reported back to a central repository. What can that company do with the information? Is it being shared?  Just as important, what can the manufacturer or a threat actor do to affect operation of your vehicle. We will dive into these topics and see what the future of personal transportation holds.
